HARAS DE LA VENDÉE

In the heart of La Roche-sur-Yon, the Haras de la Vendée, a cultural site run by the Vendée department, shares its passion for horses with you. In a 4.5 hectare park dedicated to the equestrian arts, come and meet the horse in all its majesty and diversity.

Learn about dressage, watch working sessions and discover the different stages involved in creating an equestrian act. Attend equestrian shows, guided tours or interactive educational workshops, and enter into the intimate relationship between man and horse.

Open summer hours from 1 July to 31 August. No shows on Saturdays.
The Haras gardens are open to the public free of charge, every day of the week from 9am to 5pm from January to April, May to June and September to mid-December.
