Here, Saint-Fulgent residents can order all kinds of delicacies: ham, sausage, merguez, kebabs, steak, steak-maroilles, steak-bacon-cheese, mexicanos, fricadelle, etc. They are available on their own, as a sandwich or as an American dish. Friterie Saint Fulgent also concocts a variety of pizza bread, hamburgers and pain bagnat. All three are available in 'American' versions.
