THE STORY OF A MINUTE
The first La Minute Blonde cellar was opened in 2009. By founding this establishment, Mathieu Boche, a former footballer and beer lover, realised one of his dreams and continued in the same spirit of conviviality that is well known in sporting circles. The initial objective was simple: to offer a cellar for beer lovers to discover the best beers in the world. Today, La Minute Blonde covers part of western France and has arrived in Chantonnay.

Set up in a former workshop close to the Leclerc shopping centre, Minute Blonde Chantonnay welcomes you for a coffee, a beer, a juice or a glass of wine.

Whether you're a gourmet or just curious, let yourself be carried away by the scent of the "food trucks" that make their home every lunchtime from 12.00 to 1.30 p.m. for "quick" home-cooked meals. In the evening, balanced dishes give way to finger food, with mixed boards (charcuterie and cheese), sausages, crisps and pizzas to share.

Finally, for those of you who would like to bring a bit of Minute Blonde home with you, you can find over 100 references of local, regional or world beers in the La Minute Blonde boutique adjoining the bar. Jean-Michel and Christelle will be delighted to help you make your choice.
