Situated on the second and top floor of a recent residence in Saint Gilles, this flat offers uninterrupted views over the river Vie. The main room, comprising an open-plan kitchen and a lounge/dining room, is spacious and bathed in light thanks to its large windows. The overall feel is warm and welcoming, and the decor has been carefully thought out. From the terrace, you can enjoy watching the boats in all seasons. The master suite is large enough for a cot. On the other side, the 2 independent bedrooms are connected by a shower room. A garage is available only in summer (July & August).
