The Marais Poitevin offers a wealth of natural (nearest pier for the Venise Verte is 10 km away) and cultural attractions (Maillezais Abbey 9.7 km away, medieval village of Vouvant 26 km away) during your stay in this stone house, typical of the southern Vendée. You'll also be ideally located for more distant excursions, between beaches (La Rochelle 46 km, La Tranche sur Mer 63 km) and Puy du Fou (68 km).
This accommodation comprises, on the ground floor (access via 4 steps), a living room with ethanol fireplace, a lounge/kitchen, a utility room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a master suite (1 x 180cm bed) with dressing room and private bathroom/WC (shower and bath), 2 other bedrooms each with a 160cm bed, a shower room and a separate WC. Outside, a landscaped area of around 400m² awaits you for moments of relaxation around the 6-seater spa (under cover) and the unheated swimming pool (4 x 8 m) open from 15 May to 15 September. There are also two garden lounges, a barbecue, deckchairs, a table tennis table and a room with a summer kitchen area and several sofas.

The house is on the edge of the D20 and D204.
