The housing :
The housing is composed of a bedroom of 11 sqm with 160x200 queen size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, 3 drawer dresser, hanger, possibility to install a travel cot ; A room of 11 sqm with two 90x200 single beds (convertible in 180x200 king size bed), bedside tables, reading lamps, closet, hanger, and a 140x200 mattress on floor in an access ladder mezzanine ; A living room with low table, wood stove, electric heater, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, library ; A kitchen (oven, electric induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender, selective waste bins) opening on the living room and outdoor deck ; A bathroom with walk-in shower (hair dryer, organic soap-shampoo) ; Private water closet ; A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, materials and organic cleaning products ; A south-facing deck equipped with garden lounge, sunbathing, sun umbrella, barbecue : A shared north side deck equipped with garden lounge ; The housing is attached to a studio, the laundry is shared.

The welcoming services:
On arrival, you will park your car next to the housing on a parking equipped with water and electricity terminal. We will be at your disposal for check in and check out. For your comfort in case of early arrival or late departure we offer free luggage deposit. We provide linens, bed sheets (beds made), towels, napkins, tea towels and wipers. Internet access is free (Wifi). Some bikes, a children's trailer and a child's bicycle seat are self-service like surf boards. We can provide for free baby equipment (high chair, cot, baby bath). We will be at
your service if needed and share, if you wish, some good ideas for walks and other plans. We also offer a final cleaning service (60 € package). The tourist tax is included in the rental price.

Hosting rules:
• We thank you to specify the number of guests when booking and inform us in advance if you expect to welcome visitors.
• Check-in time 5PM / Checkout time 10AM.
• Upon your arrival, a security deposit of 700 € will be requested.
• The house is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.

The neighbourhood :
Local shops and market are within 200m walking distance, the beach is only 1.8 km away. Nearby, enjoy a stroll and games for children in the new park of "Genêts". The many bike paths and hiking trails, ideal for sports holidays, will allow you to discover the Vendée Coast, the forest and the surrounding landscapes classified "Natura 2000". 12 km south go visit the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, 15 km to the north you will visit the fishing port of St Gilles Croix de Vie.
