Come and spend some quality time with friends or family in our large renovated family house for 14 people, rated 3*, close to amenities (bakery, supermarket).

You will be able to take advantage of all the activities in the Vendée bocage and in particular :
- Le Puy du Fou 6 km away,
- the Poupet valley and its privileged access to the Sèvre Nantais and its festival 1 km away
- the beautiful town of Les Herbiers, 15 km away, with its Mont des Alouettes
- and the beaches of the Vendée 50 minutes away.

The house has all the comforts you need to spend an excellent time with friends or family, including 5 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor), 4 double beds, 2 bunk beds, 2 90 cm beds, 3 shower rooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and 3 WCs (one of which is on the ground floor).
There is a small, landscaped garden with garden furniture, where you can spend cosy evenings around the barbecue.
A large garage is also available for use as a games room or to secure your vehicles (e.g. cars, trailers, motorbikes or bicycles).

The house is decorated in a contemporary style and equipped for the comfort of its guests.

The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms for a total of 14 beds:
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor -> 1 bed 180 x 190 cm
Bedroom 2 upstairs -> 1 140 x 190 cm bed + 1 90 x 190 cm bunk bed
Bedroom 3 upstairs -> 1 bed 140 x 190 cm + 1 bunk bed 90 x 190
Bedroom 4 upstairs -> 2 beds 90 x 190 cm
Bedroom 5 upstairs -> 1 bed 180 x 190 cm

The ground floor has a shower room with WC.
Upstairs there are 2 shower rooms with 2 separate WCs.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a washing machine is also available.
Outside, there is a barbecue and double garden furniture with parasols.

The property also has a large TV in the living room and Wi-Fi internet access.

A baby seat is available in the gîte.

All essential shops are 30 m from the house (bakery, supermarket, newsagent, etc.).

Sheets and towels are not included.

From 290 euros per night, including cleaning.
2-night minimum stay all year round, except in July and August (3-night minimum stay).
Weekly rental possible. Prices depend on the season & sliding scale according to the number of nights.
Possibility of renting only part of the gîte at a reduced rate.
