Gîte SCI LA BERNERIE

Our tastefully renovated barn is nestled in the small hamlet of La Bernerie, in a peaceful rural setting just 2.5 km from the village of Mouilleron en Pareds. It has retained its old-world charm thanks to its exposed beams (which do not limit the ceiling space in the bedrooms) and its interior stone walls. This makes it a comfortable 110 m² holiday home.
It comprises a large kitchen/dining room and, upstairs, a spacious living room, both with views over the surrounding countryside.
In addition to the master bedroom with en-suite shower, there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and downstairs toilet.
Outside there is a private entrance, parking, garden, private heated swimming pool with terrace and sun loungers for the exclusive use of residents and a second patio area with table, chairs and gas barbecue.
