In the left wing of the barn, 35m² stone-built accommodation overlooking Lake Moulin Papon (walking, cycling, fishing). In the countryside but within easy reach of the route de Nantes, the Flâneries shopping centre and the Vendespace theatre. 30 minutes from the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne and 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou.

You will have a bedroom + sofa bed, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen opening onto the living room (coffee machine, microwave, sink, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher). Wifi, television, desk.

Private garden with terrace. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

6km from the town centre, bus stop at the end of the street. Line D.

Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning to be done before departure unless you wish to take the €20 cleaning package.

RATES :

65€ per night (2 nights minimum unless you bring your own bed linen and towels), 70€ during the short holidays and 80€ during the long holidays.
