Gîte in 1 former cabinetmaker's workshop, with a 1900s bistro atmosphere. Owner's accommodation (not overlooked) and other gîte nearby. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (multifunction oven, washing machine with dryer), shower room, wc, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed) (2 x 80cm twin beds). One bedroom is accessed via a covered courtyard that can be closed with an electric shutter (garden furniture). Courtyard terrace to the front with seating area and barbecue on request. Parking on the property with electric gate. Relaxation area shared by the 2 gîtes, open from April to October: Spa, Sauna, heated indoor swimming pool (8x6m) with terrace, massage room (possibility of beauty treatments with professional therapists, see contact details on the advert, appointment required at least 3 weeks before your stay). Sheets included for weekly stays. Possibility of an extra person: €10/night (for children over 2 years old) Heating included.
Optional: bed linen package: €40/stay for the whole gîte (bed linen included for a full week).
