Gîte in a house renovated in 2017, adjoining the owners' house and a year-round dwelling. The gîte comprises a kitchen opening onto a living room, a corridor (accessible by 1 step) leading to a first bedroom (2 x 1 x 90cm bunk beds), a second bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, accessible by half a step), a third bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, TV, accessible by half a step), 1 separate WC and a shower room. Wifi internet access. Outside, 200 m² unfenced plot with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Gîte located close to a farm (ducks). Optional: cleaning package €45/stay; bed linen + beds made up on arrival + towels: €45/stay. Mandatory for professionals: cleaning package €45/stay. Additional charge: tourist tax.
