This 100 m² gîte, which combines modern comforts with old-world charm, is made up as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find a 36 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a 13 m² sitting room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed (140x190 cm).
Upstairs, an 8 m² hallway leads to two bedrooms. The first, measuring 20 m², has a 160x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with heated towel rail and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The second, measuring 23 m², has four single beds (90x190 cm), a private bathroom with towel rail and hairdryer, and a separate toilet.
Adjoining the owners' house, the gîte has a large landscaped garden with children's play area, garden furniture and sun loungers. The private 4x8 m outdoor swimming pool, shared with the owners, is equipped with a dome and heated from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather.
Situated in the heart of the Vendée bocage, the gîte is just 5 minutes from the Cité des Oiseaux, 10 minutes from Château de Tiffauges, 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, 25 minutes from Hellfest, 45 minutes from Nantes and 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne.
