The gîte sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 people and is open all year round. This renovated former cowshed is located on a cul-de-sac in a hamlet of 5 houses in the countryside, 15 km from the sea and 7 km from the "O'Fun Park" water parks.
Ground floor: large living room/kitchen (radio/CD), wc with washbasin, relaxation room with SPA (jacuzzi) for 6 and adjoining shower room/wc.
Washing machine available for stays of 4 nights or more.
First floor: 3 bedrooms:
1 with (1 x 160cm bed), 1 with (2 x 90cm beds that can be pushed together), 1 with (2 x 90cm beds that can be pushed together), 1 umbrella bed available on request, 1 shower room, separate wc, bathroom with wc.
Private landscaped garden of 600 m² with pergola (garden furniture, swing set, fixed barbecue, deckchairs, boules area, electric griddle) and covered area with table tennis table, Smoby table football for children and electronic dart board.
Depending on the season: 2 or 3 nights minimum. Towels and sheets provided for the stay, heating included.
Spa towels are not provided.
