The house is entirely on one level, adjoining a second home, and comprises a living/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90), a 3rd bedroom is available (2 pull-out beds 80), a shower room (shower seat) and a separate WC. Wifi internet access. Outside, 300 m² enclosed garden planted with trees with terrace (table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue). Garage for storing bikes and beach equipment, equipped with washing machine and cupboard with cleaning equipment.
Private car parking. Non-smoking accommodation (except in the garden). Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival.
Optional: cleaning package: €80/stay; bathroom linen: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: tourist tax, heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption).
