Gîte in an old farmhouse renovated in 2018, situated in a 1.5-hectare property, bordered by streams, in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining the owner's home and close to another gîte. Access via a lane. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, TV), accessible to people with reduced mobility. The 2nd bedroom has a sitting area with TV, a 160cm bed and a shower room/wc and is accessible from outside. Private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, lounge), view over the marsh. Wired internet connection. Bikes and towels available and beds made on arrival. Oil-fired heating and end-of-stay cleaning included.
