This studio, independent of the rest of the house, is 100 m from Boisvinet beach and 550 m from the centre of Croix de Vie and the train station. The main room comprises a living room with sofa bed and a small fitted kitchen with dining area. Its bay window opens onto a large, fully enclosed 25 m² terrace. It's the ideal place to enjoy breakfast while soaking up the first rays of sunshine. The separate entrance is bordered by greenery.

The bed will be made, towels will be provided and cleaning on departure is included.
