The gîte comprises five bedrooms, each with its own shower/bathroom and toilet.
There is a living room with a fireplace and a large, fully-equipped kitchen.
Outside, there are two terraces, a barbecue and, in the garden, pétanque, a trampoline, table tennis, swings and a large 10 m by 12 m swimming pool heated from mid-April to the end of October.
A communal barn has been converted into a games room, complete with pool table, darts board and projection screen with video projector on request.

Nature reserve 5 minutes away, beaches 30 minutes away, Puy du fou 45 minutes away, Futuroscope 1 hour away and many other leisure activities....
