This cottage is located in a quiet area, on the banks of the Smagne River, on the site of an old water mill.
30 minutes from many tourist and cultural centres, and 45 minutes from the large park of Puy du Fou, this estate will enchant you with its nature, its calm and its greenery.
This large gîte has an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped for 10 people, a bathroom, a toilet and a large living room on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds each, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old), and 1 bathroom.
You can access a 2nd gîte for 5 people on the first floor, which allows you to accommodate 15 people in the same building.
A heated swimming pool, heated from May to October, and shared, awaits you to spend some relaxing moments.
You will have access to picnic tables in the poplar grove, bicycles and fishing rods on request.
We will be there to inform, guide and accompany you if necessary.
