The 45 m² "Les Iris" gîte, set in 5,000 m² of woodland, is open all year round and comprises a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, smoke detector, TV, wardrobe, shower room and WC, a fully-equipped kitchen: crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, first aid and sewing kit, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, sink, dishwasher, microwave, extendable table for 2 to 6 people, a comfortable 140x200 Clic-Clac, storage area: small dressing area, dustbin, ironing board and iron, shower room and WC.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, baby bath, mini-pool.
The Gîte "Les Iris" adjoins the main house via a porch, with 2 separate entrances, private relaxation area, swimming pool, shared sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, plancha, private parking, courtyard, garden with arbour.
Walks, cycle rides and horse-drawn carriage rides starting from the gîte, in the heart of nature, to observe the wild flora and fauna of our Marais.
We can provide you with information on all the sites in our beautiful region, the Vendée. All local shops 4 km away. I am entirely at your disposal for the reception, even late, boxes with coded keys.
