The structure of the villa is made entirely of wood and blends into the forest.

On three levels, the villa offers an open-plan kitchen-living-room-lounge area, a TV lounge, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna.

The five bedrooms are divided as follows: four double rooms, all with a 180cm bed, and a children's dormitory (4 x 90cm beds).
