Free practice (with a level certified by a professional or on site by a Pôle Nautique instructor) with equipment available.

The pleasure of speed and gliding along at ground level on the latest generation of high-performance machines!

Sailing, sea kayaking, sand yachting, canoeing in the marsh, longe-côte, stand up paddle, towed buoy, wing foil, surfing, sea garden... These are just some of the activities that will bring out the excitement of your holiday.

The Pôle Nautique de Notre Dame de Monts offers facilities and services adapted for people with disabilities:
- a reception area (comfort counter, sound-amplifying headphones, guide strips on the ground and on the entrance door, Braille signage, audible alarm system)
- sanitary facilities
- adapted changing rooms (shower seat)
- access to the beach and specialised equipment (single-seater double-control sand yachts and two-seater sand yachts).

However, the Pôle Nautique cannot offer water sports activities for people with reduced mobility in summer, as the beach is not accessible to wheelchairs.
