Kitchen and shower room in the basement. 1 step between each room except between bedrooms. Wifi internet access. Communal grounds of 700 m² to the front (table tennis). Private enclosed area of 150 m² to rear, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers). Private pond on site (fishing). Private microlight base 200 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: 70€/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 people: 10€/stay; Bathroom linen hire: 8€/stay.
