Renovated, detached 150m² farmhouse set in 1,000m² of enclosed grounds. On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a lounge, a living room/kitchen and a linen room with WC (washing machine, tumble dryer and 2nd fridge). Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with exposed beams: one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm) (low beams), one dormitory bedroom with 4 twin beds (90cm), two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm). Two shower rooms with WC. Wifi internet access.
Outside: storage room, games (shuffleboard, darts, etc.), garden with garden shed for children, wooden arbour with garden furniture and barbecue.
The gîte is on the D12 road, 3.2km from the Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon water sports centre, 14km from O'Gliss Park and 10km from O'Fun Park. Heating (reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, electric on the first floor), bed linen and towels included.
