Description

The Maison de Joséphine, ideally located between the Grande Plage and the town centre, has been completely renovated and can accommodate 2 people.

Holiday house adjoining the owner's house ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, midway between the city centre and the beach.
This entirely renovated accomodation offers two lovely patios with garden lounge and a barbecue.
Inside, you will enjoy a modern and cocooning decoration in this house which includes an area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room, a living room which can be used as a bedroom (sofa bed of 80cm) with a television, a bedroom with a 160cm-bed which gives access to one of the two patios, and two shower rooms with toilets.

During your stay, you will have internet access without additional cost, your sheets and towels are provided and a baby kit will be available with a crib, a high chair and bath to assure you the best comfort as possible.
