A mezzanine with sloping ceilings (1.80 m at its highest point) can be used as a relaxation area. There is a 900m² fully enclosed outdoor area with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private parking on the property. Occasional access by the owners to the vegetable garden. Heating included.
