Entirely renovated old house of 100 m2 to which are added outbuildings of 25 m2, ideal for holidays with family or friends (8 people - maximum 10 in summer + baby), close to the beach of Boisvinet and the sailing school, and close to the city center, it offers you on a plot of 250 m2:
-on the ground floor: double living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom, wc,
- on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 joinable 90 cm beds + cot, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + 2 trundle beds of 90, 1 shower room with WC,
- in the summer outbuildings: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a summer kitchen / fitted laundry room opening onto the terrace, a bicycle garage and toilets,
- a tree-lined terrace facing S O with barbecue and garden furniture.

Equipment and services: You will find all the necessary household equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, various robots both in the house and in the outbuildings as well as baby equipment (reclining high chair, changing table... .)
For your leisure, board and beach games, books as well as TV and DVD player are at your disposal.

In addition, the beds are made upon your arrival and we provide you with all the linen necessary for your stay (bath towels and tea towels)

Cleaning at the end of the stay can be provided by us, for a flat rate of 90 euros.

Minimum stay of one week during school holidays and outside school holidays 3 nights minimum.
Reductions are applied compared to the overnight rate, if the duration of your stay is greater than 3 nights.
Reduction also for 3 weeks and more.
Discounts on the monthly rate are not applied during school holiday periods.
