Set in a bocage-type landscape, we are around 500m from the LAY, the river that meanders below and is a paradise for anglers, water sports enthusiasts and romantic dreamers.
The LAY is one of the 2 rivers in the Vendée, along with the VIE, which flows into the Atlantic Ocean, offering numerous opportunities for walking, cycling or canoeing.
Our accommodation is ideally located for hiking (GR) and cycling.
At the crossroads of the Vendée, all the major tourist attractions are within easy reach.

The 80m² gîte (garden level, 1st floor) is tastefully furnished.
The accommodation is self-contained, with a lounge, sofa and TV. Cot available on request

The 3 bedrooms each have 2 single beds 90x200. The gîte has 2 bathrooms (Bathroom 1: Shower, bath, washbasin, hairdryer / Bathroom 2: Shower, washbasin, hairdryer).

The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle).

View of the garden, with private terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, located between the gîte and the owners' residence, is shared and non-private. It is secured by the building enclosure and a motorised PVC shutter.

Creative arts :
Françoise BROUILLARD offers to share her passion for creative arts in small groups or individually. The formula is aimed at beginners as well as initiates (discovery of techniques) and will be a moment of creation of a canvas (supplies included: canvas and material), followed by a snack offered.
