Old house located in a hamlet, adjoining the owner's dwelling. Ground floor: living room (fireplace), kitchen, shower room, wc, storage room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 x 120cm bed) (1 x 2cm bed) with washbasin, balcony. No Wifi. Shared landscaped grounds with private area of 2000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), swing. Pets can be looked after 8 km away. Optional extras on request from the owner: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay and bed linen hire: €10/stay/bed.
The owner provides wood free of charge.
In addition: Visitor's tax and oil-fired central heating: 70€/week (to be paid on site).
