The PAVOT nursery offers plants in pots and containers, seasonings, syrups and other original plant-based products. It also offers practical workshops.
In 2023, I set up a certified organic nursery on a human scale, specialising in aromatic and medicinal plants and local wild flora. I grow on one hectare, with 300 m2 of cold greenhouse and 600 m2 of mother plant gardens and over 1000 m2 of demonstration garden.
I harvest and make processed products - in particular seasonings inspired by world cuisines, seasonal pestos and syrups with original flavours. The idea is to offer a vision of the plant's journey from seed to finished product.
