Throughout the year, the Villa's chef is inspired by the fishing grounds and local, seasonal produce to create gourmet, homemade menus. We take great care to favour short (and even very short!) circuits to supply ourselves with top-quality, fresh produce whose know-how we can identify perfectly. From Noirmoutier salt to seasonal vegetables, fish, shellfish and other groceries, we know the artisans behind each resource and we promote them. Enjoy our flavoursome local cuisine in the heart of the Bois de la Chaise.
