La Guinguette ensablée - Saint Hilaire de Riez
From 30 June to 25 July 2021, the Espace Liberté clearing, located behind Dino's Park, will be transformed into an ephemeral guinguette every evening. A 100% cultural and artistic programme awaits you from 6pm to 11pm: concerts, shows, conferences... Free entry.
La Déferlante Festival
From 8 July to 27 August 2021, have a good time at the music and street arts festival "La Déferlante"! All summer long, with your feet in the water, come and discover talented street artists, shows, circus, theatre, dance... To be discovered in Noirmoutier en île, Barbâtre, Notre Dame de Monts, Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Hilaire de Riez, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Brétignolles sur Mer, Les Sables d'Olonne and La Tranche sur Mer. The Coria Nights - Les Herbiers
From 15 July to 19 August 2021, concerts, magic, circus, the summer shows at the Mont des Alouettes move to the Coria garden, in the centre of Les Herbiers.
Aperitif-concerts
We propose two aperitif-concerts for this summer. This is an opportunity to spend an evening with friends or to meet up with family in the open air while enjoying the music.
15 July: With the group French Quarter at 7pm - Moulins des Bois in Saint Martin des Noyers. 10€/person (includes entrance, a drink, a savoury and a sweet tasting plate)
22 July: With the group les 4zelles at 7pm - Domaine de la Prée, Puybelliard. 10€/person (includes entrance, a drink, a savoury and a sweet tasting plate)
The Poupet Festival - St Malo du Bois
From the 1st to the 17th of July 2021, the Festival de Poupet is back with a new edition according to the sanitary conditions. On the programme? A series of seated or standing concerts with Boulevard des Airs, Tryo, Black M, Leonie... the French scene will be highlighted. There are still a few places left before the opening, so don't hesitate to book for the concert of your choice.

From 7 to 8 August 2021, motocross competition on the Coudriou motocross course.
Les Régates du Bois de la Chaise - Noirmoutier en île
From 10 to 12 August 2021, it is the maritime event in the heart of summer, the Régates du Bois de la Chaise has become one of the most important gatherings of traditional sailing boats on the Atlantic coast. During 3 days, on classic boats, wooden boats, replicas of old boats, small and large boats, the crews offer a marvellous show of nautical jousting.
Opera Summer Extravaganza - OSE - Les Sables d'Olonne
On Saturday 28 August, attend the Opera Summer Extravaganza concert. On the programme? Bizet, Verdi, Offenbach and Puccini will be present for a lyrical odyssey given in the open air and carried by 3 international soloists and the symphony orchestra of Les Sables d'Olonne. "In the Gardens of William Christie" Festival - Thiré
From 21 to 28 August 2021, the Département de la Vendée and Les Arts Florissants invite you to a unique experience, combining the discovery of gardens and baroque music. Several musical encounters are presented in the idyllic setting of William Christie's gardens in Thiré. In parallel, workshops and musical walks are offered to the public.
Brunch, dinner or aperitif at the Maison de la Rivière - Saint Georges de Montaigu
Would you like to have a brunch in the trees? Every Sunday morning at 11am, at the Maison de la Rivière in Saint Georges de Montaigu. After an introduction to climbing, sit down in a net stretched between the trees to enjoy a brunch.
The perched dinners will take place on Saturday evenings in the Henri Joyau Park in Montaigu.
Another way of discovering the Maison de la Rivière site is the "Apéros Embarqués": on the water, choose your favourite spot and drink a toast. In your basket, you will find local and seasonal products.

Great equestrian show at the Haras de la Vendée
From 1 July to 31 August 2021, the Vendée Department is offering a major equestrian show entitled "A cheval sur le temps" (Horse and Time), which tells the story of the links between man and horse through time. High school figures, pirouettes and jumps, equestrian acrobatics and humorous acts will make the public appreciate the extraordinary complicity between horses and riders.
Prices: adults 7€ / young people (18-25 years) 5€ / Free for under 18s.

Historical shows at Maillezais Abbey
From 15 July to 30 August 2021, from Sunday to Thursday, two shows are given twice a day: "Rabelais, the extraordinary" at 11.45am and 4.15pm, which evokes the many facets of this character during the Renaissance at Maillezais Abbey, and "The Marais sailor" at 2.15pm and 6.15pm, to discover the fascinating story of the formation of the Marais Poitevin.
